Phil Ryder – K-9 Trainer/Decoy
Phil has been decoying for DTAC K9 for 7 years. He’s a level 3 French Ring decoy and winner of the 2022 decoy super selection. Phil has decoyed multiple regional events as well as national championships for French Ring. He’s also an experienced handler, titling his personal dog to a Ring 3 as well as training and raising police dogs within our organization.
